Crud, not crap.  Rear-end, not butt.  And in a household like that, how do you possibly say the name of the capital of the Netherlands?  Well - now you know.  And no, you cant make me say it.

Despite the name, though, when spring vacation rolled around, the lure of the tulips was too much for TT and the boys, so together with the grandparents (yes, your trusty webmaster was working) they headed north for nature (above) and some science (below).

The canals were a big hit too - even without the Read family canoe, and so the trip gained big smiles all around....

Particularly when we told people our name for where we were going.
