This is a hard page to write.  In the same way that you have two children and you love them both equally, there are many great spots in the BVI and we love them all.  Anegada, however, is special among them.  Why?  Its hard to say.  It could be the beautiful beaches, water, coral (or maybe the beautiful visitors)...

It could be the Anegada lobster (dont see much left of this one).

It could be the perfect sandwich made by Leslie and delivered on the beach.

It could be the pirates.

It could be the rum drinks.

It could be the awesome sand...

And the castles and art that it enables.

It could be the extraordinary shells that are just strewn on the beach.

It could be getting to ride in an open air taxi with Mitch.

It could be just the fact that its a little different from other places (and Im not just talking about the two guys in the photos - anyone ever seen a "sandman" before?).

It could be the amazing sunsets.

Its kinda hard to say.
