The Ohlssons were kind enough to invite us to come ski with them in Chamonix.  It was great.  However - it wasn't until we got home and saw the photos, that we realized that Ake had lined us up for the Read boy ski photo in front of the bright orange "Danger" sign.  What do you make of that?

The skiing was terrific.  And when it was done - it was time to play in the snow.  Well, serious play.  Here Ake and Christopher demonstrate a completely functional igloo.  Though Im not sure I would want to spend the night in it.

Of course after skiing and building igloos, there has to be a little down time - getting down with Richard Scarry!  Always a favorite.
