Packing up and leaving the hospital was quite an event - we termed the day "Big Brother Day" (thanks Carr and Sam) and turned it into something of a celebration.  Got to have balloons!

Once home - Lyell had to inspect the new arrival.

The general feedback from Lyell is very positive, with great concern when Mason cries.  Whenever he hears a cry (even at 3:00am) he trundles out of his room with a favorite blanket or stuffed animal ("Doggie" shown here) to comfort his little brother.  It is really quite endearing.

But the whole thing wears little Mason out, so he has to hit the hay.
