Right off the ferry, onto the sailboat, provisioned up, and we were off within just a few hours.  That is how to make a captain happy.

Fishing over the side? Thats how to make the mate happy.

Building a fort down below with the cushions (who me?)? Thats how to make the other mate happy.

And a shower at Koufonissa harbor?  Well - thats how to make the Admiral happy.

One of the things that I have to appreciate about this crew is that we have done enough sailing now that everyone knows the things that they enjoy on a boat, how to find them, and how to appreciate them.

Of course its not a really tough business most of the time.

Even if it is exhausting.

The best part of being in Greece, though, is the knowledge that youll get an amazing dinner with an extraordinary view at the end of the day. This was our favorite, the Deli.  Mmmm.  Our boat, the Hellenic Sky, was lying at anchor just out of the photo on the righthand side.
