Well - here you were - faithful visitor - thinking that you were already back from Leukerbad.  Well - this is sort of a bonus addendum page.  During the night, the temperature went well below freezing, and the lake (below - with Lyell, Mason and Sophie at opposite shore) developed a skim layer of ice.

Which Lyell faithfully harvested - and which generated some really interesting and somewhat artsy (particularly for old incorrigible.com) shots.  Here Anna models a chunk.

And below - Lyell manages to raise a piece almost as large as he is tall.

Sophie and James enjoyed the view of the world through theirs as well.

It was a great weekend - and has us all ready for winter.  We say 'let it snow'!
