So by now some of you are wondering - well - what do they do with themselves in Switzerland?  Have they become affected Europeans, drinking strong coffee in small cups and smoking cigarettes?  Do they eat Fondue every night?  Do the toilets flush the opposite direction there?  We have to report that for better or worse that our life here is pretty much the same as it was in Seattle.  We still make crazy hair in the bathtub.

We still undertake extraordinary projects (this is a ship just in case you were curious) that turn the house into a disaster and drive the momma bananas.

We still talk with Ana on the telephone.

And we still go hiking in the park.

This particular shot is at the "Mer de Glace" at Mont Blanc.  It is hard to capture the scale of the glacier because we are quite far above it - but its really very impressive.
