Sequim

The summer also took us to the sunny beaches of Sequim, right on the Dungeness Spit.  What a beautiful spot.  With some unusual wildlife.

Jacqui looked on with a mild air of concern.  After seeing those two boys above, I can't say I blame her.

Getting down to the Dungeness Spit from our cabin required some dangerous crossings.  Well - dangerous for the sneakers at least - as there was a great deal of mud at low tide.  But Nathan navigated the bog adroitly.

The "Sequim Seagulls", a "Triple-A" net-catch team wanted Nathan to stay after seeing his skills on the beach, but his family had to get him back to his tiddly-wink training.

We attempted to take the Read family Christmas shot at this outing.  As you can see from this, the best of the bunch, we failed miserably.  Points for trying?

This is my favorite shot of this set.  Looks like something out of "The Road Warrior".  A man and his truck.  Pretty tough.

In case you didn't notice - we tried out borders on this page.  I think that they are a little too civilized for the otherwise, well, incorrigible nature of this site.  But if you love 'em, let your favorite webmaster know!
