True confessions.  It is my own personal goal to steer the boat as little as possible.  Not that I want to force anyone else to.  But encourage.  Let everyone bring out their own inner skipper.  For example, Nathan's inner skipper is saying "Look Ma, no hands!".  She's not looking.  And heavens only knows where the boat is going.

Jackie and Leslie's inner skipper is one of complementarity.  One of us pays attention to where we are going, the other makes it look easy.

Lyell's inner skipper is the calm, cool and collected hand of experience.

Back to Nathan, and youd think he was on a roller coaster.  Actually - maybe its the rest of the crew that thinks its a roller coaster.

Occasionally, I do have to take the wheel.  For the photos at least.
