It all started out innocently enough.  Teri put on her snowshoes and her elf hat.

And that was when it started to get crazy.  Here Lyell demonstrates the SnowShoeSled.  Yes - those are real snowshoes on his boots.

Turns out its actually pretty useful - as when you are climbing back up the hill - those babies give you a little extra traction.
