Under Sail

With the course set, its time to weigh anchor, hoist sail, and set out for ports unknown.  Well - or at least time to fix the sails so that you can do those other kinds of fancy things.

But we eventually do get going.  And once we do, there is much to be taken care of.  First - got to check the navigator's accuracy - - oops - - I mean check our progress against the perfect course.

There are sheets to be pulled and winches to be turned.

There are daughters to be squozen...

And as long as the boat is not heeling like this...

Theres time for Teri's daycare on the front of the boat.

The next series of photos give you an idea of what being under sail means to each different person on the boat.

Really, though, I think that time under sail is time to simply look glamorous.  Fortunately, theres always plenty of time for a smile.
